The 1970-71 KNVB Cup was the 53rd edition of the Dutch national football annual knockout tournament for the KNVB Cup. 51 teams contested, beginning on 15 August 1970 and ending at the final on 20 May 1971.

Ajax successfully defended its 1971 title achieving its sixth KNVB title defeating Sparta, 2–1. Sparta contested in the Cup Winners' Cup, since Ajax finished second in the Eredivisie, already qualified for the European Cup.
